This is an opportunity to take on a key finance role within a well-established business, gaining exposure to both financial and operational accounting.
The Role
As Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing financial reporting, improving processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for:
- Preparing monthly accounts for two legal entities.
- Managing balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns, and statutory reporting.
- Leading the annual audit process and tax computations.
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Supporting payroll and pension processing.
- Managing a small finance team, providing leadership and development.
What We're Looking For
- Newly qualified ACCA, CIMA, or ACA ideally
- Strong Excel and ERP system skills (Power Query experience is an advantage).
- A proactive, analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Confident communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- The ability to manage and develop a small team.
