A well-established financial services firm is looking for an Administrator to join their back-office processing team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring client assets are accurately reconciled, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
The Role
- Performing stock reconciliations to ensure records align with client assets.
- Analysing discrepancies and working to resolve them efficiently.
- Using Microsoft Excel to manage and interpret financial data.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth reconciliation process.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure.
