The Role:
*Full training provided to help you transition into the trainer role
*Mentoring and coaching apprentices going through their Heating and Ventilation qualifications (T1, T2, and T3)

The Ideal Candidate:
*A solid background in Heating and Ventilation, with practical experience in the field.
*NVQ Level 3 in Heating and Ventilation (or equivalent).
*A strong desire to guide and mentor apprentices and help them succeed in their careers.
*Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and engage students.
*Keen to move into a trainer/instructor role and develop further in your career.
*Local to Bispham, Blackpool: Ideally living within a 20-mile radius.
