Your duties will include:
- Ensuring that each department delivers a consistently high standard of service.
- Achieving business objectives and maximise the profitability of all outlets.
- Maintaining effective cost controls in all areas.
- Working alongside all head of departments to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a general manager of a large hotel.
