Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and resourcefulRecruiterto join our team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of top-quality talent while providing a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing and Acquisition
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.
  • Use job boards and social media platforms to build a talent pipeline.
  • Write and post engaging job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
  • Recruitment Process Management
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
  • Organise and participate in interviews, including panel discussions when required.
  • Candidate Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring timely updates and feedback.
  • Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with UK employment laws and GDPR regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate databases and interview notes.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics and progress.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience:Proven track record in recruitment.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills for assessing recruitment metrics and improving strategies.
