Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and resourcefulRecruiterto join our team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of top-quality talent while providing a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.
- Use job boards and social media platforms to build a talent pipeline.
- Write and post engaging job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
- Recruitment Process Management
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
- Organise and participate in interviews, including panel discussions when required.
- Candidate Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring timely updates and feedback.
- Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with UK employment laws and GDPR regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate databases and interview notes.
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics and progress.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Experience:Proven track record in recruitment.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical skills for assessing recruitment metrics and improving strategies.
