Our client, a national service company, are looking to recruit an organised, professional and efficient Recruitment & HR Advisor to assist in leading the strategy for recruiting and retaining exceptional talent.

Reporting to the HR Manager, duties to include:

  • Develop and lead bold, innovative recruitment campaigns that attract diverse talent across all levels, both locally and internationally. Use social media, marketing channels, and creative branding to highlight company values and opportunities.
  • Attend job fairs, industry events, and partner with educational institutions to build talent pipelines and expand our reach in the recruitment marketplace passionately promoting company brand and mission.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to align recruitment strategies with growth goals, proactively increasing recruitment numbers and retention rates to support our expansion.
  • Oversee all recruitment and retention processes, ensuring they are compliant, efficient, and reflective of best practices. Streamline systems for optimal recruitment workflows and an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Complete all vetting papers with candidates who meet expectations of the job and organize, compile and update company personal records and documentation
  • Build relationships with job centres and educational institutions, ensuring vacancies are effectively promoted through these channels, including local colleges.
  • Inspire, coach, and empower the Recruitment and Retention Team, fostering a collaborative, goal-driven culture. Support team members in developing creative, effective approaches to recruitment and retention challenges.

As an ideal candidate you will have experience in a recruitment & retention or HR role, ideally with exposure to brand-building and recruitment marketing, be reliable with strong communication. leadership and IT skills with an excellent attention to detail and time management. A clean current driving licence is essential as the role will involve travel to different office sites within the Northwest and CIPD qualification could be beneficial.
