SEN Teaching Assistant - Blackpool:

Prospero Teaching are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic teaching assistant to join an excellent school near Blackpool. You will be supporting KS1 pupils with complex needs.

Position Details:

  • Location: Blackpool
  • Position: SEN TA
  • Hours: 8:45am-3:20pm
  • Type of Work: Temporary
  • Full time/part time: Full time only
  • Minimum Rate of Pay: £90 per day, depending on experience
  • Start date: January 2025
  • End date: Ongoing

Experience, Training & Qualifications:

  • Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
  • Previous experience supporting children with complex needs
  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification is highly desired

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two years
