We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our supportive and dynamic team in both Blackpool and Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a rewarding environment where you can help students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to students with a range of SEN needs, including learning difficulties, autism, and emotional and behavioural challenges.

  • Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation.

  • Support individual and small-group learning activities.

  • Encourage positive behaviour and emotional development.

  • Help implement personalised education and care plans (EHCPs).

  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.

About You:
  • Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.

  • A caring, patient, and resilient nature.

  • Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are advantageous but not essential.
