We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our supportive and dynamic team in both Blackpool and Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a rewarding environment where you can help students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with a range of SEN needs, including learning difficulties, autism, and emotional and behavioural challenges.
Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation.
Support individual and small-group learning activities.
Encourage positive behaviour and emotional development.
Help implement personalised education and care plans (EHCPs).
Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.

About You:

Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
A caring, patient, and resilient nature.
Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are advantageous but not essential.
