Accountant with an interest in business partnering and driving change?Our client is looking for a Management Accountant to join their team. If you're keen to make a real impact and develop your career, this could be the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Driving Change: Collaborate with the Senior Finance Business Partner to implement business strategies and drive change.
- Mentoring: While you won't have direct reports, you'll mentor and support other finance colleagues.
- Varied Tasks: From daily turnover reporting to monthly sales analysis, rebate queries, and more – your role will be diverse and engaging.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: Qualified or part-qualified in AAT, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. Relevant experience is also considered.
- Experience: Ideally, you've worked in a finance role within a manufacturing environment and are familiar with integrated MRP systems.
- Skills: Strong Excel skills (lookups and pivot tables) and a collaborative, self-motivated attitude.
