Exciting Opportunity for a Primary School Teaching Assistant!

This fantastic opportunity will allow successful candidates to support learners across the Foundation Phase and Key Stage 2. You will have the chance to support learners in small groups and work with learners with varied additional learning needs on a 1-2-1 basis. The school is looking to offer ad hoc daily cover roles, part-time placements, and full-time Teaching Assistant roles over the coming months.

Overview:

  • Role: Primary School Teaching Assistant

  • Location: Caerphilly

  • Pay: 88.92 per day minimum

  • Working Pattern: Part-time, Full-time, and Ad Hoc patterns available - Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Essential to the role of Primary Teaching Assistant:

  • At least 3 months of industry-specific experience

  • Hold a fully enhanced DBS certificate or be prepared to obtain a new one

  • Hold EWC registration as a school learning support worker

  • Have an understanding of additional learning needs in an education setting

  • Have the right to work in the UK
