Reed HR are proud to be supporting a global manufacturing organisation based in Blackwood, who are looking for a part time HR Manager to join their divisional HR team. This role will be a critical part of the leadership team where you will collaborate to deliver people focused HR excellence. 

Between 20-25 hours flexible with working days 

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate with the Site’s Leadership and divisional HR teams to deliver HR knowledge in key areas such as employee engagement, culture development, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, employee wellbeing, resourcing, talent management, succession planning, learning and development, and community focus.
  • Serve as the first point of contact on site for all people-related matters, including recruitment, investigations, disciplinary and grievance hearings, performance, absence, and change management.
  • Provide and analyse key business statistics to stakeholders, ensuring risks are identified, site performance is monitored, and HR support and advice is evidence-based.

What you'll need:

  • CIPD qualification.
  • Experience working within a standalone role
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on championing colleague experience.
  • Ability to offer HR expertise across a wide range of generalist HR matters.
  • Reliability and credibility as part of the Leadership Team.
  • Awareness of self-impact and adaptability in style to be an effective business partner.
  • Experience in a unionised environment.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
