The IT Systems Manager will oversee the IT Department, ensuring the provision of high-quality support to all users. This role involves managing IT service delivery, maintaining IT infrastructure, providing leadership to the support team to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction, development and maintenance of key elements of both the SAP ERP system and the Camos configurator.

Description
The IT Systems Manager will:
- Manage and optimise IT systems within the company.
- Lead the IT department in achieving company goals.
- Develop strategies for improving and maintaining the company's technology infrastructure.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations.
- Oversee the implementation of new technology projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff.
- Budget management for the IT department.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers.
Profile
A successful IT Systems Manager should have:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an IT Systems role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software.
- A broad understanding and experience of SAP.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
