The Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator will report into the Plant Director and work closely with the Health & Safety Manager, assisting in generating and promoting a positive HSE culture across the business. Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator - Responsibilities & Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have experience within a manufacturing type environment
  • Overseeing health, safety and environmental standards across sites
  • Regular site visits - around 42 days a year
  • Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures, policies and standards are correct
  • Collating and analysing inspections, audits and other key HSE performance data and statistics
  • Supportiung with the monitoring and development of risk assessments, safe systems of work etc.
  • Must have NEBOSH
  • IEMA Certificate in Environmental Management or equivalent
  • Will have ISO50001 understanding
  • Strong knowledge of ISO45001 and ISO14001
  • A willingness to learn, develop and work innovatively
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Will possess a real passion for health and safety
