Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a professional property management organisation in the central Wolverhampton area who are seeking a Client Accountant to support their busy property management team.
Ideally you will come from a property background. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
Duties and tasks will include:
- The role will involve accounts and/or administrative functions in relation to the Property Management department utilising the dedicated TRAMPS software.
- Duties will primarily involve purchase ledger service charge administration, assisting in the preparation of the year-end accounts, budgets and payments of rent and invoices to clients and suppliers.
- The role is varied and being part of an accounts team within the Head Office there is the opportunity to develop this role in the interest of progressing the business.
- There will be Initial training on standard templates and IT plus Tramps.
- In addition you may be required from time to time to undertake such other similar duties as the Company and the Partners may reasonably require.
Candidates welcome to apply for the role will have experience in a senior accounts role. Ideally you will have experience working for a property management company.
