Administrator Part time - Blandford - Temp - £12.60ph - Immediate StartA Part Time Administrator is required for our client based in Blandford. The role requires administrative support to the Sales team. This is a temporary role for up to 2 months. This role is 1 day per week.Main responsibilities:
- Logging on to retailer-specific online portals.
- Complete the weekly sales trackers for the sales team.
- Retrieving weekly sales data from those portals and entering it onto an internal spreadsheet for each customer.
- Check retailer invoices.
- General administration duties.
Key Skills:
- Administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Organised and good attention to detail.
- Comfortable using online portals and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
