Our client is searching for a full time Administration Assistant to join their busy HR department in Blandford Forum. The main purpose of the role is to provide full administrative support to the HR team, including supporting all recruitment administration, organisation of inductions and setting up and maintaining personnel files and HR systems.
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
- Good general education
- Strong IT and communication skills
- Previous administrative experience
- Well organised, flexible in approach and having a keen eye for detail
An initial salary of between £22,000 - £24,000 will be awarded for the successful candidate, based on experience and will become more lucrative, based on length of service. They will look to invest in you from day one and are ideally looking for candidates with a keen interest in HR, as well as the desire to proceed with attaining a CIPD qualification in the near future.
