Dealing with purchase orders and processing invoices
Processing invoices from suppliers in Sage
Checking of sales invoices and ensuring they are coded correctly
Supplier statement reconciliation and helping with payment run
Journal preparation and processing
Assisting with the month end process
Dealing with expenses and credit cards
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Assisting with payroll when needed
Liaising with customers and answering questions and queries
