Commercial manager
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee Pubs, Bars, and Leisure fit-outs nationwide. This role requires strong leadership, strategic commercial management, and the ability to drive profitability while ensuring successful project delivery.

A Main Contractor specializing in Pub, Bar, and Leisure fit-outs, experiencing significant growth with a workbook set to quadruple over the next year. Operating nationwide, they deliver high-quality projects across the hospitality sector
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 10+ years' experience in a commercial management role within a Main Contractor environment (preferable).
- Experience in Pubs, Bars Restaurant, Retail, Shopfitting projects
- Proven track record in leading commercial teams and delivering profitable project outcomes.
- BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, HND Construction, or equivalent qualification
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Commercial Management - Oversee the commercial function, ensuring profitability and efficiency across all projects.
- Contract Negotiation & Risk Management - Manage contract negotiations, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with legal and financial requirements.
- Budgeting & Cost Control - Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring accurate cost forecasting and financial reporting.
- Procurement & Supply Chain Management - Lead procurement strategies, negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve best value.
- Cash Flow & Financial Performance - Maximise cash flow by managing payment applications, cost valuations, and invoicing processes.
- Stakeholder & Client Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders to support business growth.
