My eco-friendly client is looking for an experienced customer service administrator. As a customer service administrator, you will be working with their national client base and supporting Account Managers with admin tasks for their customers. You ll be joining a friendly, focused, supportive and professional team. This is a temporary to permanent position where you will become part of the success of a company which is making a real difference to the UK s circular economy and to the fight to reduce the impact of global climate change. You will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with collection and delivery requests sent by email and telephone
  • Monitoring orders
  • Distribution of collection reports to customers
  • Communication with internal and external customers mainly via email
  • Dealing with customers over the telephone

You will need:

  • Proven experience of working within an administrative role.
  • Experience of giving excellent customer service.
  • To drive due to the location
  • Excellent telephone manner, with a strong customer focus
  • Able to work as part of a small team
  • Have an appropriate and suitable workspace at home
