Our client, located on the outskirts of Northamptonshire, is seeking a Skilled TIG Welder Fabricator for a permanent position in a growing engineering company.
Candidates should have proficiency in TIG welding and fabrication, with experience working with materials such as steel, aluminium, and titanium.
Experience in sectors like Oil and Gas, Aerospace, Motorsport, or Formula 1 is advantageous, along with the ability to fabricate components from scratch.
The role offers a salary range of £33,000 to £38,000, depending on experience, with additional overtime available at 1.5 times the standard rate.
This is a day-based role with a 39-hour work week, Monday to Friday, and includes 31 days of holiday.

TIG Welder Fabricator

Our client Based on the Outskirts of Northamptonshire is looking to recruit a Skilled TIG Welder Fabricator. This is a permanent role in a growing, friendly and supportive Engineering company. The successful candidate will have experience TIG welding a variety of materials. The ability to fabricate components from scratch and have a very high attention to detail would also be advantageous. Experience within the Oil and Gas/ Aerospace/ Motorsport/ Formula 1/ Sectors would be advantageous. Due to huge growth and a full order book there is plenty of Overtime on offer which is optional.

Highly Proficient TIG Welding/ Fabricating
Experience working with the following materials- Steel, Aluminium, Titanium
Ability to Fabricate F1/ Aerospace Components from scratch
Sub assembling Parts/ Components
Able to work from detailed engineering drawings
Working to Tight Tolerances
Previous experience in the motorsport industry is advantageous
Strong attention to detail
Flexible when it comes to working overtime
