  • Our client, a leading M&E Contractor, is seeking an experienced Document Controller for a major construction project in Blyth.
  • The position requires a vast experience in document control and the ability to confidently lead inductions.
  • The role involves managing an in-house document control system, controlling technical documents, and providing general administration support to the Engineering Team.
  • This is a 12-month contract starting in February 2025, with working hours from 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am to 1:30/2pm on Fridays.
  • The salary for this position is competitive, and applicants should have substantial experience in a similar role.

Duration: 12 months

Start: February 2025

Must have:
- Vast experience as a document controller
- Confident to lead inductions


About the role:

  • Manage document control system (in-house)
  • Control & file drawings and specifications
  • Control technical documents and reports
  • Issue and control HSE files and Hazard Alerts
  • Provide general administration to the Engineering Team
  • Other ad hoc administration duties as required
  • Facilitate and undertake site inductions for groups of workers commencing on site
