This Finance Manager job in Falkirk is an excellent opportunity for a skilled accountant to join the business in a true, value-add role. As Finance Manager, you will enjoy a wide and varied remit with duties including, but not limited to:

  • Production of monthly management accounts with associated commentary and analysis
  • Supporting the budgeting, forecasting and re-forecasting process
  • Preparing packs for Senior Management and presenting this information at management meetings/Board meetings
  • Liaising with numerous stakeholders within and outwith finance - acting as a finance business partner and answering any queries they may have
  • Overseeing a small finance team

To be successful, it is envisaged that you will be a skilled finance professional with a proven ability to prepare and analyse key financial and management information. Applications are welcomed from candidates working in industry or looking to make a first/second move from professional practice. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, in particular with MS Excel, and ideally have had exposure to larger ERP systems such as Kerridge, SAP, or Oracle and be able to manipulate data into an easy to understand format.
