  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency in administrative processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager within a Financial Advisory firm
  • Must have experience as a paraplanner or supervisory role
  • Level 4 diploma qualified
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
