KMD Recruitment is excited to be exclusively partnering with a forward-thinking Cornish company that is seeking to appoint a Financial Controller. Our client, a leader in their industry, has experienced impressive and sustained growth, and as a result, they are looking to expand their well-established finance team.
** £65,000 DOE, excellent benefits package, hybrid working**
A summary of your key responsibilities as the Financial Controller will include:
- Preparing monthly financial reports and management accounts, provide insightful information to the board
- Analysing and communicating financial data, KPI’s, and variances.
- Ensure robust finance controls are implemented and adhered to; direct and manage transactional accounting team
- Cost reporting
- Business partner with key stake holders.
- Control and report on capital investments
- Evaluate and improve accounting and system operations. Suggest & implement changes to processes / software.
In order to be successful in this post you will have possess the following key attributes and experience:
- Formal finance qualifications (ACCA/CIMA, or equivalent experience).
- Change management experience
- Systems implementation experience would be advantageous; however this is not essential.
