A Housing Manager position is available on a temporary basis in the South West region.
Candidates should have experience supporting a team of 10-20 Area Housing Officers and Neighbourhood Enforcement Officers.

The role offers a salary of £40,000 per year and is initially a 5-month assignment with potential for extension.
A hybrid working pattern is available, and experience with a Neighbourhood Enforcement Team is desirable.

I am currently working with one of my long term clients in the South West region looking to onboard a Housing Manager to join their service on a temporary basis.

Role Profile for the Housing Manager position:

Experience supporting a team of 10-20 Area Housing Officers and Neighbourhood Enforcement Officers.
Tenancy case management is essential, including experience dealing with complex cases and understanding of tenancy law.
Neighbourhood Enforcement Team (NET) experience desirable.
