Manage training and development for the engineering team.
Follow company policies and procedures for performance management.

Continual Improvement
Support and implement improvements in processes.
Attend regular production and technical meetings.

Overhead Control
Contribute to the creation of technical and maintenance budgets.
Monitor and manage expenses within the budget.

Health & Safety
Assist in identifying safety risks and hazards.
Report accidents and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Capacity Planning & Project Work
Ensure the engineering team has the right skills and structure.
Participate in plant upgrades and machinery trials.
Complete projects on time and to the required standard.

Working hours. Mainly a day shift pattern Mon-Fri with an occasional requirement for weekend cover or to suit the needs of the business.
