We are looking for an organised professional to join our clients team. This role will be working within the FMCG industry in a fast past environment and supportive team.
* Update and monitor all intakes and stock levels on all retail packaging.
* Manage POs, delivery notes and invoice matching.
* Update the Operations Director weekly on levels and orders placed.
* Monitor stock levels against sales
* Order and manage intake documentation against invoices.
* Monitor invoices vs usage and stock take records.
* Order new deliveries as required. Co-ordinate with OF to arrange pickups.
* Support on onboarding new team members through agencies and external recruitment
* Holiday planning and management with Operations Director.
* Book couriers
* Follow up on PODs and deliveries.
* Support with H&S
* Waste management reporting
* Support with haulier management/ bookings/ complaints/ fines/ credits/ invoices
* PO confirmations
* Track all claims by customer.
* Support for input all orders and produce information to retail production as needed.
* General admin, reporting and office support when needed.
* Order management
* Support with e-commerce site
The basic hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
