They are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join their friendly, dedicated team. In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with the team and be responsible for transactional processing for both UK and international subsidiaries, offering a diverse range of tasks and challenges.
What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?
•   Match and process multicurrency purchase ledger invoices, reconcile statements, and make payments.•   Raising sales ledger invoices, copy invoices, and credit notes.•   Credit control and allocation of payments.•   Bank reconciliations.•   Month-end support.
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
•   Previous experience of the above.•   Excellent time management.•   Confidence in communicating and managing relationships with external and internal customers.•   Ability to work proactively, efficiently, and effectively with initiative and drive.
