Our client is a fast-growing family-run SME in the renewable energy sector, specialising in cutting- edge solutions for Offshore Wind Farms.
We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive to drive product specifications, engage with key stakeholders, and expand market share in this exciting industry.
If you have a passion for technical sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and experience managing long sales cycles and complex projects, this is the opportunity for you!
About you:
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Sales, Specification Sales, or Business Development (preferably in Renewables, Engineering, or Energy sectors).
- Proven experience managing long, complex sales cycles (projects lasting 12+ months).
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills – able to sell to engineers, designers, and project stakeholders.
- Experience in engineering, renewables, or offshore wind is highly desirable.
- Ability to maintain engagement over extended periods while waiting for project developments.
- A consultative sales approach – ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
