The Recruitment Crowd have partnered with a well known company looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their team that are based in The Northeast.
Salary:
- 35,000 to 36,000 per year depending on experience
Role/Responsibility:
- Clearly communicating proposals in a variety of ways; sketching, hand-prototyping, CAD etc.
- Understanding and defining the processes involved in concept / product development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Designing and selecting equipment
- Drawing up project plans and circuit diagrams using computer-assisted engineering and design software
- Planning and overseeing production programs
- Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentations
- Managing and coordinating teams of workers

- Finding the most cost efficient and productive processes
- Finding the most cost efficient and productive processes
- Understand the technical requirements for sourcing and integrating bought-out components.
- Understand the design from a manufacturing perspective, producing high quality engineering drawings, and other technical documentation where required.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Knowledge Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience of using AutoCad is desirable
- Experience of using Solidworks is desirable
- Electrical / control knowledge is essential
- Knowledge of production engineering practice
- ONC or Equivalent qualification required
