Salary:

  • 35,000 to 36,000 per year depending on experience


Role/Responsibility:

  • Clearly communicating proposals in a variety of ways; sketching, hand-prototyping, CAD etc.
  • Understanding and defining the processes involved in concept / product development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Designing and selecting equipment
  • Drawing up project plans and circuit diagrams using computer-assisted engineering and design software
  • Planning and overseeing production programs
  • Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentations
  • Managing and coordinating teams of workers

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience of using AutoCad is desirable
  • Experience of using Solidworks is desirable
  • Electrical / control knowledge is essential
  • Knowledge of production engineering practice
  • ONC or Equivalent qualification required
