Job purpose

  • Lead a team of experienced accountants, managing the delivery of audit and accounts.
  • Oversee a significant, diverse, and loyal client portfolio, striving for service excellence.
  • Build trusted client relationships, with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Work closely with Partners to ensure client expectations and deadlines are being met.
  • Support the team with the completion of audit and accounts projects.
  • Review the work of junior team members, providing constructive mentorship.

  • Scope new business opportunities by representing the firm at networking events.
