This role is working for a large manufacturing business who are seeking an ambitious Cost Accountant to join their existing team.
This role will play a key part in the monthly management accounts, bill of materials and stock & costing processes.

Description
Cost Accountant duties include:
o Assistance with the generation of the monthly management accounts & commentaryo Assistance with the generation of the monthly rolling forecast & commentaryo Review & analysis of the accounts & forecast to understand key variances and opportunities for improvemento Review & control of the Bill of Material ("BOM") costings of our sophisticated productso Review of stock & costing processes & identification of possible savings & efficiencieso Interaction with other key departments within the businesso Other ad hoc projects
Profile
The successful candidate will:
o Be part qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or qualified by experience
o Have a proven track record in a similar role
o Experience within manufacturing would be beneficial
o Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
o Be proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
Job Offer
A salary up to £45,000, hybrid working, study support, pension, on site parking, 25 days holiday & more.
