A local Primary school based in Bolton are looking for a school administrator to join the team. The role is to start ASAP and will be on a long term ongoing basis.

 The role is dealing with the day-day administrative responsibilities of a school such as answering the phone, duties relating to pupil attendance, managing emails/post and using photocopying equipment. Utilising IT systems to write letters, emails, reports and newsletters.

Ideally the school are looking for someone on a full time basis Monday to Friday 8.30-3.30 but would be willing to look at part time hours for the right person.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a school setting and have knowledge of school systems and how a school office works.
