Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Team on a temporary basis. This role is essential in supporting our team by leading the transition of our file storage system from a shared drive to SharePoint, enhancing our documentation and information sharing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and complete the project of moving the team's files from a shared drive to SharePoint.
- Manage the diary of the Manager and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and distribute team meeting notes, agendas, and minutes.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the team's work.
Essential Attributes and Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on SharePoint.
- Strong organisational skills to effectively manage the SharePoint project.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team.
- Previous administrative experience.
Desirable Attributes and Requirements:
- Experience working in a Higher Education environment.
