Resident Services AssistantLocation: Bolton Salary: up to £28,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Resident Services Manager in delivering outstanding service to residents and maintaining high standards across the development.
  • Facilitate seamless resident experiences from on boarding to move-out, including conducting property tours, managing tenancy processes, and coordinating renewals.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality maintenance, logging work orders, and following up to completion.
  • Oversee property inventories, inspections, and report preparation to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Support planning and execution of engaging community events to foster a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Manage maintenance requests and respond to resident enquiries, escalating complex issues as necessary.
  • Cover key RSM duties during periods of absence, ensuring continuity of service.
Key Skills
  • A proactive and personable individual with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisational abilities with a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in property management, residential leasing, or a customer service-focused role (preferred).
  • Confidence in handling administrative tasks, including drafting documents and managing databases.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and building compliance processes.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (with mileage reimbursement).
