Role Overview:

They are seeking a dynamic AV Installation Engineer to join the installations team. If you are passionate, hardworking, and eager to contribute to exciting commercial projects, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and commission AV & networking equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve faults efficiently.
  • Interpret AV schematics and construction drawings.
  • Assist in first and second fix installations in commercial properties.
  • Build and wire audio-visual equipment racks.
  • Manage workload effectively, prioritizing customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, clients, and contractors.
  • Commit to continuous professional development and safety standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and address queries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and adhere to procedures.

About You:

  • Experienced AV installer in commercial settings.
  • Willingness to undertake training and gain new qualifications.
  • Flexible to travel across the UK with overnight stays.
  • Ability to work efficiently and maintain professionalism.
  • Strong customer-facing skills and a neat appearance.
  • Full UK driving license.
