New Business Account Executive
Your Profile
To be successful in the role, you will need to be a self-starter with a positive approach and a passion for great customer service. You will be proactive, confident, have negotiation skills that are second to none and a proven track record within a sales environment. You will be responsible for growing the business, spotting new opportunities for our existing clients whilst creating new opportunities with prospective ones. You will be highly organised with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and are looking to join a successful growing company in a dynamic, fast growing business sector.
Your Role
You will proactively contact and build a database of business to business clients within the UK and Internationally. In addition you will focus on small businesses through to blue chip clients. You will effectively Account Manage taking each client through a customer journey that is second to none, enabling successful promotional activities to take place UK and Worldwide. Your ability to engage with our potential clients, understanding their requirements and target audiences and source services to match their needs is essential. Ensuring that you excite and delight the client is of utmost importance. With a proven track record within a telesales environment, you will increase the client spread significantly whilst you meet/exceed your personal and team targets. You need to have: A warm and personable approach; pay great attention to detail; the ability to prioritise your workload and effectively manage and maintain relationships with existing and new clients. Repeat business is key and therefore reviewing and obtaining feedback from each service provided is essential, this will enable continuous improvement of everything and also further sales as a result. Contact will predominantly be by telephone, however client meetings will be required throughout the course of your work. Although this is a fast paced dynamic company, we pride ourselves on the quality of our staff relations. Qualifications
- Minimum 'O’ level/GCSE in Maths and English
- PC Literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
