Purpose of the job:
To manage the growth of all the customer accounts in the company’s portfolio, including the identification and development of new business; Expanding and managing relationships inside customers organisations to enable cross-selling, expansion and growth of business.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
Account Planning and Strategy:
Create detailed account plans tailored to each client's needs.
Set short-term and long-term goals for account growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to align on account strategies.
Product and Service Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest products and services in the food-to-go market.
Provide clients with information and training on new offerings.
Gather and relay client feedback to improve products and services.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Ensure all terms and conditions are met and documented.
Manage contract renewals and extensions.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor account performance and sales metrics.
Prepare regular reports on account status and progress.
Analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve any client issues or complaints promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams to find solutions to client problems.
Implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
Analyse industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams.
Share client insights and feedback with relevant departments.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall strategy.
Qualifications and knowledge:
Established IT skills to include CRMs (preferably Salesforce) Windows NT, MS Office, Lotus notes, Excel, Access Database.
Skills and experience:
Excellent communication, written and verbal, including internal and external communication.
Good organisational skills, time-management, planning and attention to detail.
Numeracy and manipulation and management of data.
Analytical skills and telling a story using data.
Financial acumen
The ability to make sound business decisions in complex situations.

Functional knowledge and technical skills within own and other areas:
Sales/ Marketing experience (a FMCG environment is preferable)
Numerically capable with strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Salary: Circa £50,000, bonus, car and benefits
