Role
Proactively outbound dialling contacting a panel of IFA’s/ Brokers, completing soft fact finds and effectively objection handling to book quality introductory calls with Business Consultants. Contributing to the overall target and driving the number of new writers in both Life and Health space.
Provide day to day support to a team of Business Consultants. This will involve dealing with incoming queries and speaking directly with IFA’s/ Brokers and liaising with other departments. The role requires you to limit work going back to the Business Consultants and ensuring Business Consultants time is freed up so they can generate more new business. You will manage their pipeline of business keeping the Adviser informed at all stages of application. You will work collaboratively with the Business Consultants to help them build a profitable panel of supporters and grow their footprint across the channel in both the Life and Health space.
Tasks/Responsibilities
- Dealing with incoming enquiries via both telephone and email
- Managing Business Consultants diaries and booking appointment, you may also be required to book in introductions appointments
- Take ownership of enquiries, seeing through until completion, to limit workload going back to the Business Consultants
- Managing sales support inbox in a timely manner
- Assisting with group webinars, setting up, managing invites, attendees/ non-attendees, and hosting smaller group webinars as part of the department expansion
- Completing a list if daily tasks provided by the Business Consultants
- Collaborating with Team Manager on growing sales support role, driving efficiencies
- Managing the Business Consultants business pipeline, updating all parties
- Keping accurate records on their internal CRM system
- Helping IFA’s/ Adviser with various tools and literature to make it easier for them to do business with us
- Helping driving efficiencies within the department
- Sending out CPD certificates after adviser training and any follow up literature
- Registering our Advisers to use our underwriting tool and for our academy and insights hub
