Our client is a leading provider of dental services, offering comprehensive solutions to NHS, independent clinics, private practices, teaching hospitals, and the Ministry of Defence. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a proactive, driven, and dynamic Business Development Manager to help secure new business opportunities and foster long-term relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote our client's services to dentists, business owners, and key stakeholders across the dental and healthcare sectors.
  • Act as an Account Manager, ensuring excellent service delivery and building strong client relationships.
  • Drive new business growth by generating leads, pitching services, and closing deals with both new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in the dental sector and understand the needs of different clients, including NHS, private practices, teaching hospitals, and the Ministry of Defence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and continued service excellence.
  • Provide regular business development reports and updates to senior management.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the dental or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on both acquisition and retention.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Experience in managing accounts and driving business growth in a competitive environment.
  • Knowledge of the dental industry and experience working with NHS, private clinics, or other healthcare providers is highly desirable.
