Position: Business Development Manager Location: Bolton, on-site with site travel Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 dependant on experience
Our client is a leading provider of dental services, offering comprehensive solutions to NHS, independent clinics, private practices, teaching hospitals, and the Ministry of Defence. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a proactive, driven, and dynamic Business Development Manager to help secure new business opportunities and foster long-term relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote our client's services to dentists, business owners, and key stakeholders across the dental and healthcare sectors.
- Act as an Account Manager, ensuring excellent service delivery and building strong client relationships.
- Drive new business growth by generating leads, pitching services, and closing deals with both new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in the dental sector and understand the needs of different clients, including NHS, private practices, teaching hospitals, and the Ministry of Defence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and continued service excellence.
- Provide regular business development reports and updates to senior management.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the dental or healthcare sectors.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on both acquisition and retention.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Experience in managing accounts and driving business growth in a competitive environment.
- Knowledge of the dental industry and experience working with NHS, private clinics, or other healthcare providers is highly desirable.
