Shift:Monday - Friday Salary: £45k + car + bonus
The Role:
My client within the FMGC industry is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop strategic business opportunities.
Job RoleResponsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximise performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong client relationships.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
The Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, business development, and market analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to drive sales performance and exceed targets.
- Experience from an FMCG or similar industry
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
