The CMTO will play a pivotal role in driving performance, innovation, and growth across our lead generation efforts predominantly in the legal sector. This is an opportunity for a seasoned professional or someone looking for their next step up the ladder to manage substantial budgets, lead a lean multi-disciplinary team, and shape the strategic direction of a cutting-edge, martech-driven business. They are looking to move quickly and as such need an individual who can be hands on in the early stages of developing the team. They are also intending to use AI to develop systems and processes as much as possible that negate the use of very junior staff where simple algorithms can be employed to fulfil a specific purpose. Reporting will be into the CEO.

  • Coordinate with in-house or external developers initially to ensure seamless integration between marketing platforms and website infrastructure.
  • Lead projects to enhance the user experience across all digital touchpoints, with a focus on scalability and innovation.
  • Build a compliant CRM of individuals that can be re-marketed to under company brands ideally with recorded touch points that ultimately create a Single Customer View.

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute integrated marketing and technology strategies that align with the company’s objectives and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to prioritise initiatives and allocate resources effectively, with a focus on scaling operations sustainably.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and technology frameworks to maximise efficiency and ROI.
