About the SEO Manager Role:

As the SEO Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence of a leading eCommerce brand that has rapidly evolved into a household name. With a robust SEO strategy at the heart of our digital growth, you will drive organic traffic, increase visibility, and help elevate the brand to new heights.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine your end to end and deep SEO knowledge with creative problem-solving and analytical skills, working on diverse markets globally and helping shape the future of an expanding ecommerce powerhouse.

As the SEO Manager you will be responsible to:

  • Develop and execute innovative SEO strategies that align with business goals and drive growth across multiple markets
  • Lead competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps, adapting strategies for both local and international SEO
  • Optimise on-page elements, including keyword research, meta tags, headers, URLs to boost organic performance
  • Create and implement a comprehensive link building strategy and building strong relationships both internally and externally with PR teams, influencers, publishers and bloggers for increased brand exposure
  • Conduct SEO audits and resolve technical issues. Collaborate with cross functional teams and an external development agency to improve site speed, mobile optimization, and user experience
  • Set clear KPIs, analyse trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous SEO improvement by using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush to monitor performance, track key metrics, and report progress to stakeholders

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven SEO experience, ideally with a focus on eCommerce / Retail focussed websites
  • A history of delivering measurable results in driving organic search performance
  • A strong data-driven mindset and the ability to test and optimise SEO strategies
  • Proficiency with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Screaming Frog
  • Good understanding of how HTML works and Shopify eCommerce sites
