My client a luxury cruise company are recruiting for a Partnerships and Integrated Campaign Manager to join their successful team. This role plays a crucial role in driving brand awareness, expanding market reach, and enhancing customer loyalty by developing and executing strategic partnerships and integrated marketing campaigns. A key aspect of this role will be the ability to execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, from inception to delivery, while working closely with Head of Marketing roles to ensure strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, and sales.
  • Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial deals that align with the company's goals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with external partners and agencies to maximise the impact of co-marketing efforts.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns-from ideation and planning to execution and post-campaign analysis.
  • Ensure that all stages of the campaign are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget, maintaining a focus on both creativity and performance.
  • Develop and manage marketing initiatives tied to TV shows or celebrity-driven projects to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Execute strategies that capitalise on these collaborations through co-branded campaigns, digital marketing, and events.
  • Manage and deliver joint marketing campaigns, including co-branded content, events and drive measurable outcomes through carefully executed insert swaps, email exchanges, and other partner-driven initiatives.
  • Ensure campaigns are integrated across multiple channels and work closely with digital teams to maximise the reach and effectiveness of each initiative.
  • Monitor the performance of partnership marketing activities, ensuring campaigns meet KPIs and deliver strong ROI.
  • Provide detailed reporting on campaign performance and offer recommendations for optimisation and future campaigns.
  • Continuously refine partnership strategies using data-driven insights to improve overall effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and other internal teams (sales, product, digital) to ensure all partnership-driven campaigns are aligned with broader business goals and strategies.
  • Work with digital and content teams to ensure a consistent approach to branding and messaging across all marketing channels.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Luxury Brands: A strong background in luxury travel, hospitality, or premium product marketing, ideally with experience in cruises or high-end leisure services.
  • Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders while ensuring successful campaign execution.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in marketing analytics and performance measurement tools to adjust campaigns and strategies based on data insights.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with external partners.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh, captivating ideas to enhance luxury brand partnerships and campaigns.
  • Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, social media platforms, and content management systems.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Revenue Growth: Increase in sales and bookings driven by partnerships and integrated campaigns.
  • Brand Awareness: Growth in brand recognition, especially within target luxury traveler segments.
  • Customer Engagement: Engagement rates with campaign content, such as click-through rates (CTR), social media interactions, and event attendance.
  • Partnership ROI: Return on investment for partnership initiatives, including leads generated, customers acquired, and lifetime value.

This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and luxury-brand expertise to ensure the cruise company stands out in a highly competitive and exclusive market.
