Complaints Handler. Bolton (BL1) £24.5k + free parking
An opportunity has arisen to join a successful and established company going from strength to strength and a market leader within their sector. You will be joining the customer service team and responsible for resolving customer complaints
- Taking all details of customer complaints and logging them onto the system
- Raising credits, arranging for replacement goods or parts to be sent
- Investigating the complaint by liaising with other departments such as warehouse, transport and sales to find the root cause of the complaint and stopping repeat complaints from happening.
- Liaising on a regular basis with the customer via telephone and email to keep them updated
To be successful, you will have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written, have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and have an empathetic nature with customers.
