Advanced Management is now recruiting for a position of Costumer Service.

As a Customer Service Representative,you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. You will play a critical role in building customer loyalty and contributing to the overall success of the garage.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:

    • Greet customers warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone.
    • Listen attentively to customer concerns and needs, providing accurate information and solutions.
    • Effectively handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
    • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor at all times.
    • General information about cars.
  • Appointment Scheduling:

    • Schedule service appointments efficiently, considering technician availability and customer preferences.
    • Explain service options and pricing clearly and accurately.
    • Confirm appointments and send reminders to customers.
  • Communication & Information Dissemination:

Communicate effectively with technicians and other staff members regarding customer needs and service requests.

Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs.

Explain repair recommendations, estimates, and invoices to customers in a clear and concise manner.

  • Administrative Tasks:

Process payments (cash, credit card, etc.) accurately.

Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.

Generate invoices and estimates.

Order parts and supplies as needed (if applicable).

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

  • Sales & Upselling :

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services and products.

Promote special offers and packages to customers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven customer service experience (minimum [Number] years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
