A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established business in Westhoughton. Working as part of a wider team the purpose this role plays a crucial part in ensuring the business operation runs smoothly whilst achieving excellent customer satisfaction.
Below is an overview of the things you will support with:
- Processing of customer orders on a daily basis, ensuring they are fully received
- Liaising with customer depots in relation to order and delivery queries
- Resolving any issues relating to item shortages
- Maintaining regular communication with customers, hauliers and internal stakeholders
- Handling customer queries
- Managing returns and quarantine stock
- Producing daily reports
- Attending meetings with customers
- Monitoring customer accounts and incoming payments, resolving payment queries and issues
- Raising credit notes and invoices
- Assisting with other administrative duties as necessary
This is a busy and varied role - the successful candidate will need to be able to work off their own initiative, be solutions-focussed, well organised and have the ability to prioritise workload.
Please note this role is a Monday-Friday role but there would be the occasional need to provide cover on a Saturday or Sunday as the role is supporting a 24-7 operation.
