As a Teaching Assistant, you will be an essential part of our educational team, working closely with teachers and students to enhance the learning experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Providing one-on-one and small group support to students who need additional help
• Supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
• Helping to create and organize learning materials and resources
• Promoting positive behavior and maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to meet the diverse needs of our students

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals who are committed to supporting student learning and well-being. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with children or young people, preferably in a school setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare (desirable but not essential)
