Position: Teaching Assistant

Location: Little Lever, Bolton

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Pay: Up to £95 per day, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in delivering lessons and helping students to engage with learning.
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to students who may need extra help.
  • Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Help with administrative tasks, including preparing materials and resources for lessons.
  • Foster a supportive and nurturing atmosphere to encourage student progress and development.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to ensure the individual needs of students are met.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school environment, is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
