Electrical Design Engineer

Your new companyA Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Contractor operating with a secure pipeline of work, spread between a variety of client types including; retail, public sector and offices seeks to appoint several roles to their growing team including Electrical Design Engineer . There project values are equally varied and range unto £10.5 Million.Your new roleTechnical Specifications: Preparing technical specifications and drawings using industry-standard software.Design Calculations: Undertaking design calculations to ensure compliance with British Standards.Electrical Installations: Designing electrical installations to meet regulatory requirements.Design Proposals: Developing design proposals at sketch, detailed design, and production stages.Tender Documentation: Preparing tender documentation and reports.Client Relations: Supporting senior staff in managing client and design team relationships.Compliance: Ensuring designs meet legislative and health and safety requirements.Software Utilisation: Using CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) for system designWhat you'll need to succeedYou will need to be experienced in Electrical Design within in Building Services, in particular would be advantageous if you worked for a contractor in designWhat you'll get in return£35,000 to £45,000, Plus 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
